FREE REPUBLIC OF LIBERLAND, BETWEEN SERBIA AND CROATIA

Vít Jedlička (1983) is a Czech politician and activist, best known as the founder and first president of Liberland. After a short political career in the Czech Republic, he declared himself President of Liberland.

Strongly anti-European, Vít Jedlička wants to give shape to his social and political ideas in Liberland. Especially since the Croatian authorities like neither his project nor his presence, he finds it difficult to appear in public. The Croatian police are watching him. In 2015, he was arrested by the police during an attempt to reach Liberland.
